For your aerobic fitness, we have a variety of options available.  From treadmils and ellipticals to bikes and a Nexxstep machine, you will find something that tickles your fancy.

We have a full set of Cybex strength equipment, free weights, and a Smith machine.  We have dumbbells ranging from 5 lbs. to 70 lbs.

Whether you are looking to build mass, train for sports, or just maintain strength while you age, we have what you need.

For those of you who love group fitness, we now offer Fitness on Demand - Virtual Group Fitness.  We have classes scheduled M-F at 5:30 and 6:15.  Or, you can take a class by yourself or with friends whenever the room is not in use.
